Securely pack the device and all included components in the original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

Ship to Recovery HQ

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
